Agnieszka Kurzyńska

Agnieszka Kurzyńska is a legal adviser and a partner with the law firm. She possesses years of experience in corporate law and in comprehensive legal analysis of the companies (due diligence). She advises to the Polish and foreign investors in acquisitions of the Polish companies, "green field" projects and in establishing and liquidation of both private companies as well as Polish branches of the international corporations.

She manages a teams of lawyers that prepare legal analysis of companies, transactions of buying and selling shares and stocks of the corporations, as well as mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of both domestic and foreign corporations.

She also specializes in labor law, that includes the employment of foreigners, duties towards trade unions and various work councils and any disputes relating to labor law. Ms. Kurzyńska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2002 she completed legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
