Magdalena Stasiak

Trainee advocate, associated with the Firm since 2015. Her area of expertise includes civil law, in particular protection of personal rights and copyright law. She also provides ongoing legal assistance to Polish and foreign businesses, including capital companies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as Journalism and Social Communication of Warsaw University, she defended her master’s thesis in the field of protection of personal rights under the direction of Professor Jan Błeszyński. Ms Stasiak is an author of multiple articles about legal aspects of photography. For a long time she used to be a member and Member of the Management Board of Scientific Circle of Intellectual Property at Warsaw University. She won the team third prize in national competition „IP Challenge” back in 2015. She also has completed a copyright protection course organized by Harvard Law School and Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.

She speaks English.
