We assist in eliminating of the unfair competition (particularly in unfair advertisement, unfair consumer practice and imitations of products and services) and the restitution (compensation) of their negative effects.

The law firm possesses comprehensive background in enforcing legal responsibility in disseminating (reproducing) false information about the activities of our customers (including the artificial press and other media releases).

We have represented our clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and state courts.

Our law firm’s practice in the area of competition law applies to its two main areas of activity. First we provide legal advice to the corporate mergers and acquisitions, including client representation in the proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or European Commission aimed at obtaining the legally required consents for the planned concentrations on a particular market. Secondly we assess our client's operations (contracts and informal business practice) that may be relevant to the competition law – particularly in monopoly (holding a dominant position) and other practices restricting competition.

Additionally, as a part of our litigation practice, we represent our clients in the court proceedings for the acts of unfair competition. We have an experience in the chemical sector (pesticides, paints, glues and lacquer).
