Bartosz Witkowski

Bartosz Witkowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. He used to be a Member of the Management Board of Scientific Circle of Intellectual Property “IP” at Warsaw University. His master’s thesis in the field of delay in performing an obligation, defended under the supervision of Professor Maciej Kaliński, was published in "Przegląd Prawa Handlowego". Mr Witkowski is currently working on his Ph.D. thesis regarding contract law which is one of his fields of expertise.

He is associated with the Firm since 2015. His area of expertise includes civil law, he also conducts ongoing legal services to share-holding companies. He has experience in advising entities from the domestic and international transport sector.

He speaks English.
