Arbitration and mediation

Our lawyers have an extensive knowledge in representing clients before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and ad hoc arbitration courts. In collaboration with foreign law firms, we also assist our corporate clients in international arbitrations. Furthermore our law firm cooperates with Dr. Andrzej Wiśniewski, of counsel with the law firm, one of the most distinguished arbitration specialists in Poland, an arbitrator in many arbitration courts in Poland and other European countries.

We assist our clients in the amicable resolution of the disputes at the judicial and non judicial proceedings, developing settlement agreements that ensure their effective enforcement. Moreover, we represent our clients in negotiations and mediations, allowing them to compromise bearing in mind high costs of court proceedings.
