Bank Spółdzielczy dispute with Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)

Our financial and banking team provided legal services to Bank Spółdzielczy related to their representation before the administrative court in dispute with Polish Financial Supervision Authority on such issue as legal nature of the Polish Financial Authority audit recommendations. A final court decision on this issue will bear important consequences to the banking industry. The Bank was represented by Mr. Marek Markiewicz and Mr. Przemysław Cichulski.
