Seminar on selected problems amendment to the Consumer Credit Act

On November 28th, 2011 Mr. Przemyslaw Cichulski, partner responsible for finance and banking practice of our law firm, will lead our regular seminar. This time the seminar will be devoted to selected issues with the amendments to the Consumer Credit Act. Recently enacted, it raises numerous questions and various interpretations. This seminar is particularly addressed to employees of the financial institutions (especially in the area of the customer finance), lawyers, and employees from the compliance and marketing departments.
